I asked the guy to check out my bike and he tested a few things and gave me an honest review. He told me that everything looks fine and there was no need for a tuneup. I needed the bars to be wrapped with new tape and I left my bike so they could take care of it for me. I will be picking my bike tomorrow and looking forward to the new grips. This post is not marketing for Bike Works just reporting on an honest transaction and letting others know that seems to be the way they treat their customers.

A follow up – Bike was finished as promised including a phone call letting me know. When I showed up my profile bars were not rewrapped and the guy did it right away at no charge. Very happy with service and shop
